What does free will mean?

What does free will mean?

What is free will in philosophy?        What does free will mean? Free will meaning         Free will examples God and free will  Free will is real         Why did God give us free will? Free will in the bible The meaning of free will is to choose to make A moral voluntary decision, of choice that determines the right course and actions to take in life. Sometimes We make bad or sinful choices in life such as during our youth and while in our younger age especially, A choice that we will have to live with for the rest of our lives and take to the grave with us, some people have skeletons in the closet. Maybe because we lack experience and wisdom at that time in one’s life stage, it also depends on if you have proper guidance growing up as A child,  into your teenage years especially. Sometimes in life, we make some bad choices. But the important thing to do is make better choices next time and learn from the mistakes you’ve made previously, except them and move on. Also, your environment does play A role. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time can get you entangled with the wrong mix and bunch of people. When you take actions freely and knowingly. Always consult with your family and friends before you make decisions even in your relationships. For example, if you are dating someone, introduce that person to A friend or someone you trust. Because it takes time to get to know some people first. You have the freedom and choice to do otherwise. Free will is linked to and is a derivative of, understanding moral responsibility. Another example of free will is when someone exercises free will over their choices and actions, those choices or actions will be up to the individual that made that decision with their own free will. It is up to them, the person making the choice. You can resist the experience or cooperate with it. If you engage then you deal with the consequences, it is up to you. It is your choice.  Your free will. Free will was given to mankind as A gift from god, to be able to make his own decision freely. You reap what you sow. God gave you free will, but mankind chooses to listen to satan instead of god.  Just because you have free will does not mean that you can go around doing whatever you like without suffering the consequences.  They cannot achieve full power unless they create A massive force of darkness upon humanity and the world,  of evil and darkness. If they do not tell humans we don’t say anything, that gives them the compliance they need. We are still responsible for the life choices that we make.  “For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.” Galatians 6:7-8. You need to be able to accept whatever choices and decisions you’ve made in the past and move on with your life. Sometimes it is hard because you may have a great deal of pain, anger, resentment, and regretful feelings inside of yourself on an emotional and mental level you need to be able to let that all go and leave it in the past, it is water under the bridge, as the saying goes. When you begin to understand that there is really a dark evil force of energy and light manifestation of good then you realize that the problems of the world can be really changed. None of the truth-tellers and seekers really fully understand all of this or get it.  They don’t truly believe one hundred percent that there is good & evil energy. We as individuals choose to be good or choose to be sinful.  If people choose to be good it would solve many of today’s worldly problems, but humanity keeps selling out themselves and each other. To keep the peace there needs to be A balance of more good in the world than evil. Evil brings on more evil and good brings on more good. The energy force grows and spreads based on the greatest force.  We are all children of the light or of the dark, that choice is ours. Thus the free will to decide for yourself. The people that run the world are evil. They want full power like never before, complete control of your mind, body, and soul, and even choosing when you live or die. If they don’t say what they have in their planned agenda, then good forces will interfere with their plans. But if we say nothing about their evil plans even though we are made aware of what is planned then they have the compliance that they need, this is like karmic retribution. So they tell us their evil plans in books, movies, TV, Monuments, Ted Talks, Global Reforms, Speeches, and Government organizations. But humanity chooses not to believe and labels it as misinformation, and conspiracy theory even though the evils are very open about everything. These people tell you their evil plans and are not hiding them, It is all out in the open. That is how brazen they are. They tell us today what they have planned for the years to come and the future. Of your children’s, children’s children.  And the skeptics will question this. Bad behaviors bring on more evil and darkness, for years they had to get humanity to do evil so they could start gaining power as the darkness and evil grew. Bad behaviors bring on more evil in the world like A portal that grows. So they gave us the temptation to commit sins, and we used our own free will as a choice. So they pushed porn, greed, adultery, pedophilia, war, violence, hatred, division, mental illness, racism, murder, gangs, crooked governments,

Yoga for beginners.

Yoga for beginners.

Yoga is A series of sequential postures that flow together with deep breathing techniques and relaxation methods in between movements from one posture to another. Yoga for beginners is also combined with meditation and visualization techniques that assist in relaxation and stress reduction. As you learn to relax your parasympathetic nervous system. Your entire body is let go and free of all of the daily tensions it carries. Yoga is about taking care of your physical body, mental body, and astral body. But it has a system of five bodies, these are called koshas. Or five sheath layers.  The yoga asanas are to keep your body healthy, strong, and flexible. To purify you, and assist in your body’s natural detoxification process.  elimination of toxins through sweat and breath.   The best thing A beginner could learn in yoga is how to breathe correctly. Diaphragm breathing is the proper way to breathe. But because we lose this along our way in life the breath becomes shallow. It is important to breathe better. So you bring more prana into your bloodstream and oxygenate your cells. When you learn to relax the tension in your body, you completely let go and the body enters a deep state of relaxation where you’re aware and awake. Being conscious of the tensions and learning to let go is the true state of relaxation. Combined with relaxed abdominal diaphragm breathing. Your autonomic nervous system which is also known as your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, is when you’re suffering from chronic stress, your body spends time in “fight or flight”, carried out by the sympathetic nervous system, and not enough time in “rest and digest”, facilitated by the parasympathetic nervous system. Sattvic diet is the purest food. The food is calming, rejuvenates the body, and has the most prana. This is the food of choice for most yogis. Yoga practitioners follow A very strict vegetarian diet. With plenty of whole food, and naturally organic food. Rajasic food stimulates and contributes to physical and emotional stress. Examples are Fish, eggs, chicken, all whole pulses and dals (not sprouted), hot spices like chilies and pepper, salt, eggplant, onion, garlic, radish, tea, coffee, aerated drinks, and chocolate. Tamasic food destroys the prana of the mind and body alike. They are harmful to humans. And they lower your vibrational frequency. Tamasic foods have a dulling effect on the mind, lower resistance to disease, cloud the mind, and promote negative emotions. Eventually leading to inertia. They block the flow of energy and produce harmful toxins. Some examples are fast food, fried food, frozen and canned foods, microwaved foods, processed foods, stale food, alcohol, drugs, chemicals, mushrooms, margarine, red meat, beef, sausages, bacon, and ham. These foods are considered to be highly harmful to the body, mind, and soul. Yoga philosophy teaches us the Yamas and Niyamas. These are moral values and restraints. The do’s and don’t. Sort of like the 10 commandments.  restraints. The do’s and don’t. Sort of like the 10 commandments.  Five Koshas *Sun salutations  Surya Namaskar As mentioned earlier,  diaphragmatic breathing is the breathing exercise used most commonly when practicing meditation. that helps strengthen your diaphragm, an important muscle that enables you to breathe and remove all stale air out of the lungs making room for fresh new air. This breathing exercise is also sometimes called belly breathing or abdominal breathing.  When you practice yoga wear comfortable clothing that is not too restricting or tight.  As A beginner the best yoga style is A traditional Hatha Yoga practice. Hatha Yoga is the authentic yogic style that all other yoga styles branch out of. Hatha yoga will teach you the basic gentle yoga postures for beginners without the overwhelm of strenuous fast pace postures and styles of yoga such as Ashtanga yoga.  You can practice yoga any time of the day. Whatever works best for you. I prefer doing yoga during the early start of my day, or during the day if I have time. Ideally, the start of your day is the preferred time to do your yoga practice.  Yoga can be for anyone with an interest and desire to learn. It does not matter what your age, weight, or size is. There are many styles of yoga to choose from depending on what you’re looking for.  Good luck on your yoga journey for great health, flexibility, and strength. Namaste. That means, the divine within me salutes the divine within you.

Self-Discipline examples

What does self-discipline mean? How to become more self-disciplined?Types of self-discipline.Self- Discipline examples. The ability to control one’s feelings and overcome one’s weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it:Correction or regulation of oneself for the sake of improvement.Self-discipline is the power to manage a person’s thoughts, emotions, or behaviour in the face of temptation to achieve a specific goal. I think that self-discipline can be A little different for each person because each person has their own way of living. You have your own flow with life. And there are a lot of different ways people live. But I do say those that have proper discipline live A more healthy lifestyle that is in alignment with and interconnected with mother nature. We are supposed to sleep. Look at mother nature. I don’t see many animals staying awake for days and even weeks on end. For example, people who party all the time. And toxicate their bodies with too many drugs, poor food, and too much alcohol. I’m not judging, this is just an example. I say this because you need to focus on building healthy habits first. Like going to the gym. The gym helps you to build confidence in yourself.Self-Discipline is what it takes to achieve your long-term goals, success, healthy lifestyle, and happiness. You need to have the self-control to be able to resist temptations. Here are some examples I think will help you out with being more self-disciplined. But don’t put any pressure on yourself, just do your best. Make A to-do listStart with small changes, baby stepsTake advantage of technologyKnow what exactly you want to change There are different types of discipline. You may need to refuse invites in order to manage your time into your goals and sacrifice and give up certain things. If you’re trying to manifest your dreams into reality, then you need to say NO to people sometimes. You need to be able to show up to school or your job on time each day. This is  self-discipline examples also. There is always room for improvement within yourself. Like to the gym if you want to lose weight and burn fat. You need to build consistency. And don’t allow anything or anybody to distract you. This is only going to hold you back and slow down your success. Distractions can usually be other people, and that’s most times the case. But distractions can be scrolling too long on social media, watching TV, and talking on the phone. When temptation comes you need to be able to have self-control, if you are trying to lose weight, don’t go binge eat. And eat donuts. I know it can be hard sometimes because we have so much good food out there and sometimes we just want to not think about the ingredients in the food, or we end up overeating and indulging. When on A diet or trying to manage and lose weight it takes great self-discipline.Yes, you will come across obstacles, but just tell yourself that you will overcome them and stay in A happy positive frame of mind. Most successful people are self-disciplined and don’t let setbacks affect them, they keep trying and stay focused on their goals.Be patient with yourself when trying to become a more disciplined person. There is always room for improvement within yourself. Becoming A self-disciplined person is A lifelong personal growth that takes time.As I mentioned to you earlier, self-discipline makes you resistant to temptations. Sometimes we have addictions that are hard to resist, for example, smoking and drinking. Most people who drink are alcoholics too. Even if it’s only on the weekends. The same thing applies to fanatics… everything in moderation. Too much of anything isn’t good. The list would be endless of examples that people have when it comes to habits and addictions.I guarantee that if you stay strong you will be able to resist those temptations that you have and overcome the desire. If you really want to, you can become self-disciplined mentally.

3 best Types of Pranayama

Types of pranayama What are they? How to do them? English and Sanskrit meaning/translation. Health benefits when you do these.  Download a Free Yoga Planner Here and Join our membership Pranayama comes from the Sanskrit language…. It means Prana breath or life force – Ayama restraint or control. When I practice pranayama these are the best types of pranayama that I do.  If you have A problem staying consistent.  But to start these types of pranayama as A beginner you should learn to master how to practice abdominal breathing first. Go slowly.  When you practice asana yoga postures the breath is incorporated and the most commonly used is the Ujjayi breath. Deep breathing and synchronicity with yoga sequences.  Also when you practice these types of pranayama exercises, such as meditation and relaxation techniques it’s good especially for A beginner to start with learning how to do Diaphragm abdominal breathing first. Diaphragmatic breathing This is the way we are all supposed to be breathing. It is the correct way to breathe. But from the time we are born, we lose this ability if not aware of it, to breathe properly. Why?  Because of traumas, shocks to the bodily system, and stress. Our breathing becomes shallow and we lose the ability to use the full capacity of our lungs.  So people are not even breathing correctly in the first place.  The diaphragm is a large, dome-shaped muscle located at the base of the lungs.  Diaphragmatic breathing is slow and deep breathing that affects the brain as well as the cardiovascular, respiratory, and gastrointestinal systems through the change and shift that happens and the regulation of the autonomic nervous functions.  Our cells use oxygen to make ATP, while the same process produces carbon dioxide. In other words, oxygen is needed for cellular respiration, and carbon dioxide is produced.  To practice diaphragmatic breathing, there are 2 ways you can try. The easiest method is to lie down flat on your back. Completely relaxed, free of tensions like you would when practicing the savasana corpse pose. Eyes are closed and relaxed. Now you can bring one hand to rest on your lower abdomen two inches below your bellybutton, your other hand will place on your chest. Mentally auto-suggest to yourself that you are relaxed and as you inhale you feel your belly rise like a ballon, then as you exhale feel your belly fall and your stomach go towards your lower spine. While you do this technique be aware of your hand that is on your chest. It should not move. Only your hand that is on your lower belly should rise and fall with each inhalation and exhalation. At the same time, you want to be aware of your thoughts and stay focused on your breath and relaxed to not tense up your body.  The other way to practice these types of pranayama while doing abdominal diaphragmatic breathing is to sit up in A seated cross-leg position. Sit up straight and with eyes closed again place one hand on your lower belly two inches below the belly button, the other hand on your chest. As you inhale with awareness feel your lower abdomen fill up with air like A ballon. As you exhale feel your belly go in towards your spine, ensure you push all of the stale air out of your lungs before you begin to take your next inhale.  You can start with just five minutes A day doing these types of pranayama then increase to the amount of time you wish to keep practicing, usually, typically this breath is done during meditation and relaxation techniques. But as A beginner this was how I learned how to breathe correctly. Prana means life force as mentioned earlier many different cultures have different names for it. Click here to Buy Yoga Membership Online Canada This is the Sanskrit word from pranayama. Chinese refer to life force as Chi or Qi, in Japanese, it is called Ki, and in Western science, it is called bioenergy. It is what the universe and everything in it, is made up of. Prana exists in everything and everywhere. To practice Anulom Vliom. You sit up straight in A crossed-legged seated position.  Hands resting on your knees with your palms of your hands facing upward but relaxed. Using your right hand, fold your middle and index fingers toward your palm. So that all that you will use your thumb, ring, and pinky finger are to be used. Now place your right thumb on your right nostril breathe in deeply through the left nostril until your lungs are almost full, then place your ring and pinky finger on the left nostril release the thumb on the right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril, then again take an inhale through the right nostril, place the thumb on the right nostril and exhale through the left again keep following these steps for about five to ten minutes of practice. Always keep your mouth closed while you are practicing these types of pranayama and deep breathing. You are to be breathing only through your nose, not the mouth.
