How to become more self-disciplined?
Types of self-discipline.
Self- Discipline examples.

The ability to control one’s feelings and overcome one’s weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it:
Correction or regulation of oneself for the sake of improvement.
Self-discipline is the power to manage a person’s thoughts, emotions, or behaviour in the face of temptation to achieve a specific goal.

I think that self-discipline can be A little different for each person because each person has their own way of living. You have your own flow with life. And there are a lot of different ways people live. But I do say those that have proper discipline live A more healthy lifestyle that is in alignment with and interconnected with mother nature. We are supposed to sleep. Look at mother nature. I don’t see many animals staying awake for days and even weeks on end. For example, people who party all the time. And toxicate their bodies with too many drugs, poor food, and too much alcohol. I’m not judging, this is just an example. I say this because you need to focus on building healthy habits first. Like going to the gym. The gym helps you to build confidence in yourself.
Self-Discipline is what it takes to achieve your long-term goals, success, healthy lifestyle, and happiness.
You need to have the self-control to be able to resist temptations. Here are some examples I think will help you out with being more self-disciplined. But don’t put any pressure on yourself, just do your best.

Make A to-do list
Start with small changes, baby steps
Take advantage of technology
Know what exactly you want to change

There are different types of discipline. You may need to refuse invites in order to manage your time into your goals and sacrifice and give up certain things.
If you’re trying to manifest your dreams into reality, then you need to say NO to people sometimes.
You need to be able to show up to school or your job on time each day. This is  self-discipline examples also.
There is always room for improvement within yourself. Like to the gym if you want to lose weight and burn fat. You need to build consistency.

And don’t allow anything or anybody to distract you. This is only going to hold you back and slow down your success. Distractions can usually be other people, and that’s most times the case. But distractions can be scrolling too long on social media, watching TV, and talking on the phone. When temptation comes you need to be able to have self-control, if you are trying to lose weight, don’t go binge eat. And eat donuts. I know it can be hard sometimes because we have so much good food out there and sometimes we just want to not think about the ingredients in the food, or we end up overeating and indulging. When on A diet or trying to manage and lose weight it takes great self-discipline.
Yes, you will come across obstacles, but just tell yourself that you will overcome them and stay in A happy positive frame of mind. Most successful people are self-disciplined and don’t let setbacks affect them, they keep trying and stay focused on their goals.
Be patient with yourself when trying to become a more disciplined person. There is always room for improvement within yourself. Becoming A self-disciplined person is A lifelong personal growth that takes time.
As I mentioned to you earlier, self-discipline makes you resistant to temptations. Sometimes we have addictions that are hard to resist, for example, smoking and drinking.
Most people who drink are alcoholics too. Even if it’s only on the weekends.
The same thing applies to fanatics… everything in moderation. Too much of anything isn’t good. The list would be endless of examples that people have when it comes to habits and addictions.
I guarantee that if you stay strong you will be able to resist those temptations that you have and overcome the desire. If you really want to, you can become self-disciplined mentally.
